CANCELLATION POLICY

At Marrisa Ann Beauty Each appointment is intentionally reserved and thoughtfully prepared. To honor the time and dedication given to every client, the following policy is strictly enforced: * Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% service charge. * Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service. * 15 minute grace period All appointments require a valid card on file and/or a deposit (based on service) to secure your booking. By booking, you agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in refusal of future bookings. We appreciate your respect for our time and commitment to excellence.
